 As a National Board Certified-Health & Wellness Coach, I offer a confidential, nonjudgmental space for you to pause and reconnect with what matters most and who you truly are.


You are the expert in your own life. I am an expert in supporting sustainable lifestyle change without adding another thing to your to-do list. Sessions are collaborative in nature, designed to create a safe space for you to identify what needs to shift for you to reconnect with your truest self. Together, we will:


  • Identify your values and wellbeing vision

  • Determine where you are and where you want to be

  • Establish individualized self-care goals

  • Transform your body, mind, and soul

  • Who hires a health coach?
    Anyone can work with a health coach. If you are looking for a supportive, nonjudgmental space to talk about your life journey, schedule a time to chat to see if it’s the right fit.
  • What would a coaching session look like?
    Every coaching session is unique, but each session follows a similar structure. In an initial session, we would spend time exploring your values, health vision, and goals. In our regular session, we evaluate how you are progressing towards your goal, explore what is most important in the moment, and then collaboratively create new steps to move you closer to your optimal health vision.
  • What would I work on in health coaching?
    The focus of coaching is client-dependent. Once we evaluate where you are with your wellbeing and where you might like to be, you choose an area of focus for our time together. Examples of foci include improving sleep, reducing stress, setting boundaries at work, adding more movement, incorporating mindfulness, communicating more effectively, and beginning to meal plan.
  • How long do people typically work with a health coach?
    On average, I work with clients for 3-6 months. After the initial time commitment, there is an opportunity to decide if you would like to stop or continue with coaching.
  • How often would we meet?
    Sessions are every other week and last 35 to 50 minutes, depending on your individual needs.
  • How is health coaching different than therapy?
    The focus of therapy is diagnostic and identifying the cause of behavior. Health coaching is not diagnostic and is present and future-focused. Rather than seeking to identify the cause of behaviors, health coaching focuses on what behaviors you can control and change to live out your optimal health vision.
  • Do you take insurance?
    No. I am private-pay only, but may be eligible for some health-savings account reimbursement.
