What would a coaching session look like?
Every coaching session is unique, but each session follows a similar structure. In an initial session, we would spend time exploring your values, health vision, and goals. In our regular session, we evaluate how you are progressing towards your goal, explore what is most important in the moment, and then collaboratively create new steps to move you closer to your optimal health vision.
