My Story
In 2014, my life took a sudden turn. An unexpected diagnosis forced me to pause and implement some radical changes. I went from running 70-mile weeks while working 60+ hours a week to listening to my body and setting firm work-life boundaries. I stopped eating whatever I wanted and started following a strict protocol for disease management. I realized how hard I was on myself and began to see a need for greater self-compassion. I saw how much I focused on what was wrong and began to nurture the desire to focus on what is well.

I experienced true transformation - of body, mind, and soul - and came to a new place of peace, presence, and passion.

My journey brought me to leave the world of public education and embark on a new career of health and wellness coaching with a desire to support others as they reconnect with their truest selves, values, and vision. In 2018, I completed the National Board Certification for Health & Wellness Coaches and am still continuing on my transformative journey.

When I am not coaching, I can be found in Maryville, Tennessee, continually finding that balance between being a wife, stepmom, animal parent, long-distance runner, meditator and yogi. I have found peace in the ongoing journey towards living with full presence and deep passion.
